A : Fill in your email address and click on ‘forgot your password’. You will then receive your password by email. Remember to check your SPAM if you don’t receive it.
Q : My email or postal address has changed
A : You can make changes to your contact details or other information by logging in to your account using your email address and password.
Q : I am having trouble setting up my account
A : If this is your first order you need to create an account by filling in your email address and choosing a password.
Q : Which kind of lift pass can I order online?
A : All public rate lift passes except for the 10 non-consecutive days pass are sold online. You can purchase or recharge your lift pass online. Reduced price season passes, earlybooking ski passes are only sold online.
Q : How far in advance do I need to order my lift pass?
A :10 days before your holiday if it is your first order. The passes are sent by post to your home address so you don’t need to go to the lift pass office when you arrive.
Q : Can I order different types of passes at the same time (e.g. a family pack and an adult pass)?
A: Yes. You can add whatever you want to your shopping basket.
Q : What happens if I don’t receive my lift pass in time?

Q : Can I pick up my ski passes when I arrive in the resort ?
A : Yes, you can choose to pick up your ski passes in one of our lift pass sales offices.
Q : Can I just order a free lift pass for a child under 5?
A :A free lift pass for a child under 5 can only be ordered if another pass or insurance is being purchased. The order will only go through if there is a payment.
Q : Which sort of payment is accepted when purchasing online?
A :All major credit or debit cards except AMEX.
Q : Do I need a photo?
A :No, photos are only required for season passes.
Q : When do I need to order my season pass?
A :For season passes ordered online before the 1st of December there is a 20% discount. After this date you can still order season passes at the public price.
Q : Which kind of photo do I need for my season pass?
A : The photo must be recent, in focus and a straight on view without anything on your head (e.g. hat, cap, sunglasses).
Q : Can we benefit from a discount at the lift pass sales office ?
A : No, group discounts are only available by ordering in advance.
