You have the possibility of registering with your socials (Google or Facebook) or your email address. Fill in all the required fields and validate.


Do I always have to use my account?


We recommend that you set up an account and keep using it. Your contact details and lift pass numbers are retained, and you don’t have to re-enter them, which simplifies your next orders.

I’ve lost my password


Enter your e-mail address and click on «password forgotten». Within the next minute, you will receive your password in your inbox. Don’t forget to check your unwanted mail (SPAM).

How to update my personal information?


Connect to your account and select "My Account" and "My personnal informations". There you can edit your infos (birthdate and email address excluded).
To change your password select "My account" and "My password".

My participants


You can change your participants in the tab "My Participants" in your account. You can't delete participants.
You can create new ones during an order. They will then be saved in your account.

When do online sales open for summer 2023?

You can order your passes from July 2023 onwards.

Where can we buy summer passes?

The summer passes for pedestrians and mountain biking are sold online and in the lift pass office in resort or in a skipass delivery machine.
- The Colorado chalet in Plagne Center (at the start of the Colorado chairlift)

- Lift pass office in Plagne Bellecôte

- Lift pass office in Montalbert

- Lift pass office in Champagny

- Lift pass office in Les Coches

Which passes can I buy online?

All the public price passes are sold online except the Paradiski extension for pedestrians and mountain biking.

How far in advance do I need to order my passes?

10 days before for France and 15 days for other countries if this is your first order. We send them to your home address. If you already have ski cards you can order online right up until the day you want to use them. They will be reloaded immediately. 

What happens if I don't receive my pass?

Contact our online sales staff by email (ventes@ski-laplagne.com) or by telephone (04 79 09 67 00) the day before your arrival, at the latest.

Can I collect my passes ordered online in resort?

Yes, by choosing to collect your passes in resort, you can go to one of our sales desks or an automatic terminal. This option is useful if there is not enough time to have the passes sent to you.

Can I just order a free lift pass for a child under 5?

Yes.

Can we go down on the lifts as well as up?

The lifts are accessible in both directions except for the Colorado and Bergerie lifts in Plagne Centre and Colosses in Plagne Bellecôte which you cannot go down on.

Can we take dogs or on the lifts?

Dogs are allowed on the lifts (télécabine) except on the chairlifts

Can I take my bike on the lifts?

You can take a bike onto all the lifts.
