Q : I've forgotten my password
A : Fill in your email address and click on 'password forgotten.' You will then receive your password by email. Remember to check your SPAM if you don't receive it.
Q : My email address or postal address has changed
A : You can make changes to your contact details or other information by logging in to your account using your email address and password.
Q : I'm having trouble setting up my account
A : You will be asked to set up your account at stage 4 of your order (payment). This is where you enter your email and choose a password.
Q : When do online sales open for summer 2019?
A : You can order your passes from July 2019 onwards.
Q : Where can we buy summer passes?
A : The summer passes for pedestrians and mountain biking are sold online and in the information offices in resort as well as the Colorado chalet (at the start of the Colorado chairlift) and at the Colosses sales desk (at the start of the Colosses chairlift in Plagne Bellecôte).
Q : Which passes can I buy online?
A : All the public price passes are sold online except the Paradiski extension for pedestrains and mountain biking.
Q : How far in advance do I need to order my passes?
A :10 days before for France and 15 days for other countries if this is your first order. We send them to your home address. If you already have ski cards you can order online right up until the day you want to use them. They will be reloaded immediately.
Q : Can we benefit from Edenski during the summer?
A : Your Edenski advantages can only be used during the winter. You will find the details of the gifts available on our website EDENSKI: www.edenski.com You can create your loyalty programme account as from now.
Q : Can we go down on the lifts as well as up?
A : The lifts are accessible in both directions except for the Colorado and Bergerie lifts in Plagne Centre and Colosses in Plagne Bellecôte which you cannot go down on.
Q : What happens if I don't receive my pass?
A : Contact our online sales staff by email (email@example.com) or by telephone (04 79 09 67 00) the day before your arrival, at the latest.
Q : Can I collect my passes ordered online in resort ?
A : Yes, by choosing to collect your passes in resort, you can go to one of our sales desks or an automatic terminal. This option is useful if there is not enough time to have the passes sent to you.
Q : Can I just order a free lift pass for a child under 5?
A : Yes.
Q : What means of payment is accepted when purchasing online?
A : All major credit cards are accepted except AMEX. E-Chèques Vacances (E-ANCV) are also accepted.
Q : Can we take dogs or pushchairs on the lifts?
A : No, dogs and pushchairs are not allowed on the lifts except for the inter-resort links: the Télémetro, Télébus and the gondola between Plagne Bellecôte and Belle Plagne.
Q : Can I take my bike on the lifts?
A : You can take a bike onto all the lifts except the Bellecôte Gondola (from the Roche de Mio to the Glacier).

Q : When can I order my season pass?
A :Season passes can be ordered from July onwards and are sold online and in resort during the summer season.
Q : What sort of photo do I need?
A : The photo should be recent, in focus and a full face front view shot without a hat, headgear or sunglasses.
