How to create an account?


You can either sign up using a social media account (Google or Facebook) or your email address. Fill in all the required fields and validate. This is where you will enter your email and password.


Do I always need to use my account?


We highly recommend creating an account and using it consistently. Your contact details and lift pass numbers are stored in your account, eliminating the need to repeatedly enter them for future orders.

I’ve lost my password

To reset your password, enter your email address and click on "Forgot your password." You'll promptly receive a link in your inbox. Remember to check your spam folder in case it ends up there.

How to update my personal information?


Connect to your account and select "My Account" and "My personal information." There, you can edit your information (except date of birth and email address).
To change your password select "My account" and "My password."

My participants

Within your account, you can modify your participants in the "My Participants" tab. Please note that while you can update participant information, you cannot delete them from your account.

If you need to add new participants, you can do so during the ordering process. These additions will automatically be saved to your account for future use.

When do online sales open for the 2025 summer season?

You can order your passes from the 2nd of June 2025 onwards.

Where can we buy summer passes?

The summer pedestrian and mountain biking passes are sold online, on the Paradiski Yuge app, at lift pass offices, or at automatic terminals in resort:
- Colorado chalet in Plagne Centre (at the bottom of the Colorado chairlift)

- Lift pass office in Belle Plagne

- Lift pass office in Montalbert

- Lift pass office in Champagny

- Lift pass office in Les Coches

Which passes can I buy online?

All the public price passes are sold online except the pedestrian and mountain biking Paradiski extension and the Vanoise Express ticket.

How far in advance do I need to order my passes?

You can order your passes starting June 2, and you will be able to collect them at the station from Saturday, July 5. If you already have ski cards, you can order online right up until the day you want to use them. They will be reloaded immediately.

Can I just order a free lift pass for a child under 5?

Yes.

I'm having trouble paying, what should I do?

If your credit card is declined during the payment process, we recommend contacting your bank to understand the reasons for the refusal.

The 3D Secure code is an additional way to secure your payment. Your bank will send you a code via text message to confirm your purchase. If your issue is unrelated to 3D Secure, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can pay by credit card and American Express

Is it possible to pay for my passes in installments?

We offer 2 payment solutions:

  • 3 and 4 installments with fees for purchases starting from 400€

Can I use all lifts for both going up and coming down?

Gondola lifts are accessible for both uphill and downhill journeys.
Chairlifts are for uphill use only, except for the Bijolin chairlift, which also allows downhill access.

A valid lift pass is required to use all ski lifts, except for the Coches gondola, which is free for pedestrians only.

Can we take dogs on the lifts?

Dogs are only allowed on the cable cars and not on the chairlifts.

Can I take my bike on the lifts?

You can take a bike onto all the lifts (except the Glaciers gondola - Live 3000).

Can we buy 4 one-way Trips for 4 people?

Yes, you can share a 4-one-way Trips pass with your family or group of friends.

Can the 4 one-way Trips be used over several days?

Yes. The 4-one-way Trips pass is undated and valid until the last day of the summer season (August 30).

How to reach Belle Plagne from Plagne Bellecôte?

As part of the construction of the new Roche de Mio gondola, the lift connecting Plagne Bellecôte to Belle Plagne will not be operating during summer 2025.

To ensure easy access, a free shuttle service runs between Plagne Bellecôte and Belle Plagne every 15 minutes.
From Belle Plagne, you can then take the operating gondola lifts to reach Roche de Mio.
