B. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEB SITE
By using the web site which can be accessed at the address www.skipass-laplagne.com, you accept being subject to these general conditions of use.
Due to the constant evolution of the Webmaster’s policy, the latter may be obliged to alter certain provisions of these general conditions of use. Webmaster’s personal data policy
Personal data collected on this web site are processed for the following purposes:
- To manage your order. This processing is based on the fulfilment of the sales contract to which you are a party.
- To send promotional offers and newsletters. The sending of such messages by SAP is based on the company’s legitimate interest in expanding its activities if an e-mail address is collected at the time of the sale of products. It is based on your consent in other cases. The information in the fields marked with an asterisk is necessary to enable SAP to process your order. Without the information in these fields, your order cannot be processed. Completing the other fields is optional.
The processing is carried out under the responsibility of SAP (Société d’Aménagement de la station de la Plagne), represented by Nicolas PROVENDIE, acting in his capacity of managing director and whose contact details are shown in the legal notices. SAP has appointed a personal data delegate whose contact details are as follows: privacy.sap@compagniedesalpes.fr.
The personal data collected are for the use of SAP and, if you consent by ticking the box provided for this purpose, the la Plagne Tourist Office.
Data collected are retained for the following periods:
- Data collected to process your order: for five years from when they are collected if the amount of the order is less than 120 €, for ten years if the amount of the order is equal to or greater than 120 €;
- Your bank card details: the card number and expiry date are retained for 15 months after the transaction as proof in case the transaction is contested. The cryptogram is not retained after the transaction;
- Data collected for marketing purposes: three years from when they are collected.
The data are deleted at the end of this period. By way of exception, data collected for marketing purposes are retained for a further period of three years if you agree to continue receiving marketing offers from SAP.
Data collected will be used as part of the decision-making process relating to the management of our publicity. The criteria considered are the features of your previous purchases, your location and the language you speak. The aim of this decision is to send you more personalised offers and information by e-mail.
To preserve the confidentiality and security of your personal data and notably to protect them from illicit or accidental destruction, and loss or accidental alteration, or from being divulged or from unauthorised access, we take the appropriate technical and organisational measures in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. To this end, we have put in place technical measures (such as firewalls) and organisational measures (such as a user name/password system, physical means of protection, etc…).
