In the summer, you can enjoy a picnic break at an altitude of 2000 metres at the summit of the Fornelet: the highest point in Plagne Montalbert.

This spot is accessible from both Plagne Aime 2000 and Plagne Montalbert. With views of Mt Blanc on one side and Mt Jovet on the other, you're at the heart of the mountains!

You can admire the beautiful emerald colour of this hidden gem nestled deep in the mountains in La Plagne. The area features picnic tables, table-tennis tables, barbecues, a petanque area and a viewpoint indicator . It's a perfect place to recharge and enjoy some leisure time.

The lake is easily accessible from Plagne Centre, Plagne Aime 2000 and Plagne 1800, making it suitable for families with children too!

Fancy a barbecue on the Dou du Praz plateau? Here, amidst the alpine pastures, you'll find barbecues available for your use.

Still feeling peckish? You can visit the nearby dairy cooperative where Beaufort cheese is produced and sold... a real treat!
