At an hour's walk from Plagne Aime 2000 the picnic table at the top of the Becoin is at an altitude of over 2300m.
With views of Mt Blanc on one side and Mt Jovet on the other, you're at the centre of the mountains!
How about a break filled with colour and a view of Mt. Blanc?
You can admire the beautiful emerald colour of this hidden gem deep in the mountains in la Plagne. There are picnic tables, table-tennis tables, barbecues, a petanque area and a view point indicator. It's a perfect place to re-energise yourself and have some fun.
The lake is easily accessible from Plagne Centre, Plagne Aime 2000 and Plagne 1800, even with children!
Fancy a barbecue on the Dou du Praz plateau? Here in the heart of the alpine pastures, there are barbecues for you to use.
And if you're still hungry after that, there's a place very near that makes and sells Beaufort cheese...yum!
To get to the Dou du Praz plateau, take the walking track from the top of Plagne Villages.
What about a break between Montchavin and la Plagne?
This spot, situated right opposite Mt Blanc, is already equipped with picnic tables and charging terminals for telephones. It's the perfect place if you're running out of battery just when you were hoping to capture the beautiful scenery.
