Here's a delicious traditional recipe which is simple and quick to make. Over to you.
Ingredients
·580g of blueberries
·25g of cornflour
·150g of sugar
·1/4 teaspoon of salt
·1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
·15 g of butter
Preheat the oven to 220°C (thermostat 8).
Line the pie tin with pastry.
Mix the sugar, cornflour, salt and cinnamon (optional) together in a bowl.
Add the blueberries and mix them in gently.
Spead the mixture evenly over the pastry base.
Cook for 50 minutes.
Leave to cool before serving.
