Avalanche research

What to do in the event of an avalanche? The decisions to make, the actions to take.

Avalanche Park is an area exclusively dedicated to avalanche search and rescue training with an Avalanche Transceiver.

Accessible to everyone, participants use their own equipment to perfect their search skills and develop the right reflexes.

Safety and preparation are at the heart of this training, providing participants with the opportunity to strengthen their essential skills in emergency mountain situations.

Practical initiation

  • Join us for a free and supervised introduction led by ski patrollers every Thursday at 2:15 PM in Montchavin, at the top of the Bijolin chairlift.

  • Practise in our new free dedicated area: Avalanche Park, at Live 3000.

Please bring your own equipment.
